Wellcucu After-sales Return & Order Cancellation Regulations

I. Return Acceptance Rules

1. Time Limit: Buyers must submit return applications within 48 hours upon receipt of parcels. Return service will be unavailable for orders received for more than 72 hours. If buyers provide valid evidence proving inherent product defects within 72 hours after delivery, we will offer targeted compensation solutions based on specific conditions.
2. Shipping Requirements: Do not send items back without obtaining an official return address from customer support first. A note containing your order number, recipient information and reason for return should be placed inside the parcel to facilitate verification and filing.
3. Non-refundable Conditions: Items with signs of wear, self-modification, or damage caused by improper cleaning are not eligible for returns. Approved refunds only cover the price of goods; original shipping fees and expedited service fees are non-refundable. For requests submitted over 72 hours after receipt, items with minor manufacturing flaws or returns requested merely due to personal aesthetic preferences, we will provide monetary compensation instead of accepting returned goods.
4. Cost Liability: The buyer shall bear all return shipping fees and cross-border customs duties. We recommend declaring the item value as $5 to avoid unexpected extra charges. After inspection and acceptance of returned items, 90% of the payment will be refunded; the remaining 10% will be deducted as fees for inspection, cleaning and restocking labor. Orders whose disputes have been settled via discounted remaking service are not eligible for further returns.
